Went to chapel en le frith on saturday with Ian . The light was totally against photographers , and the scene was a little hard to spot a decent shot .

Heres one i took on Ian 350d , we debated this view for about 30 mins.... i thnik it would have been better if the bush in the forground was not ther ' your thoughts ' !

Lens test, on wildlife?

Hers a couple of lens test shots taken in my garden . The lens was a fixed 100mm f5.6 macro Canon fd prime lens , which was mounted on a tripod approx 12 inches from the subject . A 20 mtr shutter release was used with consumer Kodak 400 iso film . One is a sparrow ' not sure what the other bird is ' ?

As you may be able to see a little grain as been included , due to high speed emulsion ' something, i think adds impact , for this subject?

A new Model

I gave my wife a rest from acting as my model and talked my daughters boyfriend into letting me take a few shots using the lighting kit. Thought I would have a little fun and use some cheesy poses

The background is a little wrinkled as it is new and just out of the wrapping, still needs to be ironed ( Where's my wife when I need her )
